ギラファノコギリクワガタ 小物入れ Giraffa Saw Stag Accessory Case

地球上生物が170万種で、そのうちの100万種が昆虫。つまり地球上全生物の6割が昆虫ということになるそうです。

今回は昆虫のギラファノコギリクワガタをメタルエンボッシングしました。

世界最長のクワガタムシで、学名のgiraffaは英語でのgiraffeキリンを意味してるらしいです。
フローレス産のギラファは、特に大型になり110mmを軽く超えるそうです。

因みにカブトムシの角は皮膚が発達したもので、クワガタのハサミは顎が発達したものらしいです。
顎、つぶらなのに闘志を持った瞳、脚先の鉤爪、艶のある甲冑、素敵だと思いました。
